If you are stressed, consider somatic massage or somatic coaching and know that your body has a whole set of inbuilt ways to help you manage your inner states.

When we’ve experienced trauma in our lives we can perceive the world through a trauma lens.

And this means we can see danger where there isn’t any danger, we can experience anxiety where there’s no need to have anxiety.

This is because our nervous system is set at hypervigilance, so the brain is literally looking for evidence of danger to substantiate and back up past experiences that we’ve known and we’re used to and accustomed to.

So, if you feel you perceive danger everywhere you look, you carry inexplicable anxiety within and it frustrates you, know that there is support available.

I can help you with tools, techniques, practices. I can support you with beautiful body work to help you come back to a sense of self and start to navigate in the world feeling that you’re safe, that the world is safe and that you can trust yourself and operate in this world differently and without the anxiety, depression, negative consequences of former traumas.

As the world leading trauma expert Peter Levine quotes 'Trauma is a fact of life. It does not, however, have to be a life sentence. Not only can trauma be healed, but with appropriate guidance and support, it can be transformative'.
