If you are stressed, consider somatic massage or somatic coaching and know that your body has a whole set of inbuilt ways to help you manage your inner states.

Welcome to Embodied Therapies.

I feel the most important role as therapist is to support my clients to feel safe, and the environment is a fundamental aspect that can really influence the therapeutic process for the better.

Embodied Therapies is located on a quiet residential road, providing a private and supportive setting that seems to reduce anxiety instantly and creates a psychological container to enable my clients to feel secure enough to explore challenging thoughts and emotions.

My space is comfortable and calming, serene and soothing – enabling clients to think clearly, to feel relaxed and regulated enough to drop into deeper states of awareness for more meaningful therapeutic processing.

The environment I provide contributes to that foundation of physical and emotional security, enabling my clients to feel protected, open to growth, so that they can get the most from their sessions and to thrive.
