If you are stressed, consider somatic massage or somatic coaching and know that your body has a whole set of inbuilt ways to help you manage your inner states.

If we’ve always operated in scarcity mode, if we’ve never had enough; if in childhood we never had enough time, enough love. If we were not valued for who we were.

If we felt we were on the hamster wheel of having to do more, achieve more, be outcome focused, output focused all our lives; and to keep on generating that energy of having to do more, deliver more, be more - we can continue and perpetuate that sense of scarcity.

Because it’s never enough, whatever we do.

Conversely we may be used to living in scarcity, so it may be okay to put ourselves last, to not have enough.

And we can get caught up in this cycle, so it’s an interesting paradigm.

If you’re coming from scarcity and you’ve always been in scarcity mode, adjusting to living in a life of abundance, feeling that you deserve more and actually allowing yourself and giving yourself permission to have more -  how does that feel, that transition to living in abundance rather than scarcity?
