On 20-22 May I am taking part in The Learning Retreat around Grief and Trauma and will be one of the speakers giving an interview about what trauma is and how I work at source to release trauma from the body. I explain my lived experiences of trauma and how not to manage trauma most effectively…as well as what is helpful to support ourselves to trauma resolution!

This online learning retreat will include expert and inspirational speakers, covering a range of subjects including grief, trauma, anxiety, PTSD, depression, loss, change, worry, and overwhelm.

There are 21 speakers and we all want it to be really special to add value and help you see that lasting change is available in your life. So there will be plenty of experts talking about these incredibly important topics in a variety of ways.

If you want to know more about grief and trauma and how to heal from it, you don't want to miss this.
