If we aren’t mindful of the very micromoments of our life, I believe we miss out on the very nourishment and nurturance of ourselves that we need to have a fulfilling, mindful life.
If we’re absent from those micromoments, we can seek external gratification and satisfaction and that nourishment and nurturance externally through addictive tendencies and practices.
So I try to make every moment in my life a meditation in motion.
I try to be fully present and mindful of how I’m feeling, mindful of what I’m doing.
I choose wisely and to stay close to myself so I seek this nourishment and nurturance for myself from within and I try to make every micromoment matter.
