UK Fruitfest - a new path on my healing journey

UK Fruitfest, Dunfield House, Herefordshire, July 2022

I believe in a holistic way of approaching good mental, physical and emotional health and was lucky enough to have been invited to massage at the UK Fruitfest last week.

This experience of eating raw vegan was incredible. I had no idea I was about to embark upon a new path on my own healing journey, diving deeper into clearing deeply rooted and deeply held beliefs, mindsets and paradigms.

I spent the week both supporting others with treatments as well as embracing the raw vegan diet and realising just how much food can be an emotional crutch and a form of distraction from and denial of feeling deeper entrenched feelings and so a way of disconnection from the true self.

Whilst I already eat pretty cleanly for energy and vitality, this opportunity for being modelled best practice in terms of what and how to eat as well as all the health benefits of raw vegan eating, was a true gift.

I met and made wonderful friends from all over the world, and I felt welcomed and truly at home. It was a true retreat embracing all aspects of healing and health and I look forward to this new chapter in my life’s book!
