At times when you least feel like it.


We have to feel to heal.



Denial of all our difficult, challenging feelings serves only to squash them deeper inside; they will come up and out at later stages to get what they need – which is to be processed – to be felt and validated, then integrated.


Acknowledging that these feelings are not here to harm or disarm us in any way.

That they are part of us, albeit feelings from past parts, past experiences, past versions of ourselves.


That they simply need embracing, tending to with self compassion and thereby they become integrated.


This is healing.
