If you are stressed, consider somatic massage or somatic coaching and know that your body has a whole set of inbuilt ways to help you manage your inner states.

Flow is the state of being where we feel connected, where we feel well within, where we are in balance and aligned, at peace and in harmony.

What better state to be in than in the flow.

And I achieve my sense of flow by the getting into the woods, going for walks, getting in nature, moving my body.

So physically I move my whole body and get the benefits of the physical health and well being.

Emotionally I feel calm, soothed, my nervous system is relaxed. I feel safe.

Energetically I generate lots of energy.

Mentally I clear out my head, calm myself.

Spiritually I feel connected, soothed, at one;  I feel connected with myself, with nature, with the universe.

So this state of flow - there’s lots of books been written about this state of flow, and I try to get into this state of flow as often as I can because it’s easy to be wrenched out of it with our duties, with our to do lists, with our responsibilities.

So whatever gets you into your flow, I’d encourage you to cultivate a regular practice.
